Nasip Terms of Use

Who can join

• Nasip is for people aged 18 and over.
• You join with your real details and only one account. You may not create an account on someone else's behalf.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for what is done with it.

How Nasip works

You hang your wish (niyet) as a ribbon on a neighbourhood's tree; others draw random wishes from the trees and can reply. If you accept a reply, a chat opens. We do not guarantee a match or a meeting; money never buys visibility or matches.

Rules of conduct

The following are prohibited:

• harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech and discrimination,
• nudity, obscene or sexual content; any inappropriate content involving people under 18,
• fraud, asking for money or gifts, advertising, commercial promotion and spam,
• fake identities, sharing someone else's photos or personal details,
• any illegal content or behaviour,
• using the app with automated tools or trying to bypass its security.

For your safety, a phone number or social media handle cannot be shared until one hour has passed since the match and both sides have written 10 messages each.

Moderation and sanctions

You can report and block on every wish, profile and chat. Profile photos are reviewed manually before they go live. We may remove content that breaks the rules and warn, suspend or permanently close an account. To appeal a decision, write to [email protected].

Meeting safely

We do not verify users' identities or backgrounds. Meet for the first time in busy, public places, tell someone close where you'll be, and never send money. If something feels wrong, block the person and report them; in an emergency call 112.

Purchases and Premium

• Purchases are made through Apple's in-app purchase system and charged to your Apple account. Prices are shown in Turkish lira in the app.
• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly, 3-monthly or yearly). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, it renews for the same period and price. You can manage and cancel it on your iPhone under Settings > your Apple account > Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of that period.
• Rights such as draw and wish packs are digital content: they don't expire, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be transferred. If you delete your account, unused rights are deleted too.
• For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund rules and are made through Apple.
• You can move your purchases to a new phone with Store > Restore purchases.

Your content

The wishes, replies, messages and photos you share belong to you. You grant us a free, non-transferable permission, valid while your account is open, to show them within Nasip. You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time with Profile > Settings > Delete my account. Deletion is permanent; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Liability

We provide Nasip as is and do not guarantee it will work without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from users' behaviour towards each other or from meetings outside the app. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the statutory limits.

These terms apply in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
